7 Final numbers 7.1 Final numbers for each booking must be confirmed in writing at least 7 days before the booking date. 7.2 The restaurant reserves the right to charge the total number of people booked if it has not been informed of a reduction in the number at least 3 working days before the date of booking, as indicated in point 7.1 of the Terms. The amount calculated under this clause is determined by the price of the selected menu and the number of people made redundant. 7.3 The restaurant will make every reasonable effort to account for an increase in the number and will therefore be subject to a fee for the provision of this service, but cannot be held responsible for the non-supply of such accommodation or services. 9 Prices 9.1 Prices include VAT at the current price, but exclude a discretionary service charge of 15%. 9.2 All prices are up to date at the time of printing and include, if applicable, VAT or other public taxes. 9.3 The restaurant reserves the right to change prices to take into account changes in the VAT rate or other taxes. 14 Force majeure Failure to comply with a condition or condition of the conditions due to conditions beyond the control of one of the parties, including, but not limited, to war, strikes, riots, fires, floods, actions of God, state restrictions and non-power, should not be considered a violation of the conditions. The terms and conditions below (the “Conditions”) apply to your booking and are part of the contract between you and Hakkasan Limited (the “Restaurant”).
1 Confirmation of reservation 1.1 Reservations are deemed confirmed only after receipt of the restaurant; terms and conditions, a signed credit card guarantee form and a down payment (if any). 1.2 Changes to booking details must be made in writing and are not effective unless confirmed in writing by the restaurant. 1.3 In the case where the conditions are signed on behalf of a company, partnership, agency, business, club or similar company, the undersigned person represents to the restaurant that he or she is fully entitled to sign the conditions. If they are not authorized, they are personally responsible for the full performance of the contract with the restaurant. 10 Allergies and Intolerances All allergies and intolerances must be clearly communicated to the restaurant in accordance with paragraph 8 of the conditions. A team member should also be notified before ordering additional food or drinks. Customers suffering from severe allergies or intolerances should be aware that despite all the necessary caution, but there is a risk that allergenic ingredients are still present. Please note that the custom orders requested cannot be guaranteed as completely allergen-free and are consumed at your own risk. 3 Non-payment of the down payment If you do not pay the required down payment in invoiced funds, the restaurant may cancel the booking with you without any liability and charge you all the costs related to the booking. 12 Dresscode 12.1 The dress code is smart casual, no sportswear, tracksuits, jogging of any type or brand.
