Agreement Based Resource Management

Collaborative cloud computing is an emerging and encouraging computer prototype for sharing on-demand cloud resources in a multi-cloud environment. In a collaborative cloud environment, we use unused computing resources within an interconnected network to provide customers with seamless service. SLA (Service Level Agreement) refers to a legal agreement signed between the consumer and the cloud service provider to ensure a better quality of service. Today, cloud service providers are unable to provide quality of service (QoS) services to customers due to more user requests, resulting in a violation of ALS. Resource allocation models based on existing ALS in the current cloud market consider an independent agreement for each QoS parameter and follow fixed pricing models, resulting in no end-to-end approach to the client task that requires multiple services and inefficient use of computing resources, which has a direct negative impact on performance and costs. In this article, we have designed a framework model for the efficient dynamic provision of resources, taking into account different categories of SLAs laterally with their penalty. We used the Cuckoo hybrid search algorithm to plan user queries in a collaborative cloud computing environment. The proposed framework supports the customer from its interconnected cloud servers and has an SLA trading policy to minimize penalty fees and maximize customer satisfaction by reducing SLA breaches. He participated as a coach in the IIT International Programming Competition, Kanpur, India. He has published numerous articles in international and national journals and conferences on network security, computer networks and data mining.

His interest in research concerns computer networks, network security, cloud computing, data mining. He has worked in numerous international journals as a member of the editorial staff, guest editor, advisor and expert, etc. He has also participated in numerous international conferences as President General, Member of the International Advisory Council, Member of the Program Technical Committee, Chair of the Publication, Member of the Organizing Committee, Evaluator, etc. He worked at the Neusoft Institute, Guangdong, China. He is a member of the Indian Society for Technical Education, the Computer Society of India, the International Association of Computer Science and Information, the International Society for Research in Science and Technology and a member of the International Association of Engineers. K.S. Sendhil Kumar works as an associate professor at the School of Science and Computer Engineering in Vitlore, Vellore. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from VIT, Vellore, ME (CSE) from Anna University and BE (CSE) from the University of Madras. He has fourteen years of experience in teaching and research.

He has published numerous articles in international and national newspapers and conferences on cloud computing, machine learning, IoT and big data.
